About Us:

Horizon Capital Investments is a private real estate investment firm based in the Sacramento area. We manage a growing portfolio of residential apartments and commercial office buildings, serving both standard and institutional tenants. As our business continues to expand, we are looking to build a long-term, contract-based relationship with an exceptional HVAC contractor.

What We Are Looking For:

We need an HVAC partner who actually gives a sh*t about their craft. We are tired of sloppy contractors who do lousy, hidden work—leaving gaping holes in attic spaces, messy plenums, and trying to cover up sheet metal gaps larger than a quarter inch with tape. We want a contractor who takes pride in the neatness of their work, even in the spaces no one else sees, while offering the most competitive pricing in town.

Core Requirements:

• Fully Credentials: Must be strictly licensed, bonded, and insured.
• Meticulous Craftsmanship: Proper sheet metal fabrication and joint sealing skills. No cutting corners.
• Creative Problem Solvers: Our residential apartments feature central heating and air, but often require creative solutions to extract old units and install new ones in tight or difficult spaces.
• Mastery of Replacement & Repair: Properly trained and highly experienced in both commercial and residential HVAC systems.

Specialized Institutional Requirements:
We have institutional tenants with specific, highly technical needs. To be considered for our commercial properties, you must:

• Be highly proficient in computer-controlled HVAC systems.
• Have direct experience working with Johnson Controls and Facility Explorer.
• Know how to successfully upgrade existing units to utilize controls zoning.
• Possess the technical sophistication to understand, troubleshoot, and integrate the computers that control commercial HVAC equipment.
