Seeking Experienced Automotive Technician

TDC Automotive is a locally owned and operated repair shop specializing in domestic and Asian vehicles, model year 2000 and newer. We are growing and looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are a community-focused shop that takes pride in doing things the right way—for our customers and for each other. We are looking for someone who is productive, takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and integrity.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Flat-rate pay of $45–$65 per flagged hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No weekends or nights

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least five years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong general repair skills, including brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and drivability repairs
• Ability to accurately diagnose concerns and perform quality repairs efficiently
• Comfortable using digital inspections, shop software, and modern diagnostic equipment
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required for the right person
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, focused, honest, and accountable
• Someone who takes pride in their work and works well as part of a team
