Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands finished cabinetry installation, jobsite layout, field measurements, hardware adjustments, and the importance of clean, professional work. The right candidate will be able to read plans and shop drawings, install accurately and efficiently, communicate field issues early, and help ensure every project is completed with a high level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, panels, trim, fillers, toe kicks, hardware, and related finished cabinet components.
● Read and interpret shop drawings, cabinet layouts, field dimensions, architectural plans, and installation notes.
● Verify site conditions before and during installation, including dimensions, wall conditions, elevations, appliance openings, and clearance requirements.
● Set cabinets level, plumb, square, aligned, and properly secured while maintaining consistent reveals and finished appearance.
● Identify and communicate field conflicts, missing materials, damage, or plan discrepancies to project managers and shop leadership.
● Complete punch items, service work, adjustments, and warranty-related repairs when needed.
● Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite throughout the installation process.
● Coordinate respectfully with project managers, schedulers, shop team members, installers, customers, and other trades.
● Safely load, unload, transport, handle, and install cabinets, tools, materials, and finished products.
● Maintain tools, work vehicles, paperwork, and jobsite communication in an organized and dependable manner.

Qualifications:

● 5 years of commercial, residential or multi-family cabinet installation experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of cabinet construction, measurements, layout, hardware, tools, and installation methods.
● Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
● Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle tools, materials, and finished cabinetry.
● Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality finished work.
● Excellent verbal communication and basic written communication skills for job notes, punch items, and field updates.
● Effective time management and ability to complete work in a timely, organized manner.
● Ability to maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, including work vehicles.
● Flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and installation needs.
● Must be authorized to work in the United States.
● Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Compensation:

Pay is $35+/Hour plus bonuses, depending on experience and performance. Benefits are available (medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, etc.).
