Seeking Experienced Construction Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. This is a full-time on-site position based in Ridgewood, Queens.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating warehouse activities and implementing operational procedures
• Ensuring team efficiency and job preparedness by staging equipment and materials for subsequent day’s job sites
• Be actively involved with site scheduling based on inventory allocations
• Create, distribute and verify purchase orders, agree to packing slips and confirm accurate pricing
• Source, procure, forecast, track and maintain proper inventory levels of materials
• Manage and update internal applications and trackers
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials in warehouse and deliver parts to the job sites as needed
• Review, track and assist with any necessary service adjustments and component upkeep for equipment
• Keep vehicles well-equipped and in compliance with all laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational and quality standards

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Have basic computer knowledge

Preferred Individuals Will Be:

• Fluent in Spanish
• HVAC (or related field) supply house experienced with component, supply chain and logistics knowledge
• Proficient in inventory control and maintaining accurate stock records
• Certified to operate a forklift
