Seeking Experienced Remodeler

Seeking an experienced 1099 remodeler with strong skills in kitchen and bathroom renovations for ongoing residential projects in South Jersey. Must be reliable, detail oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Must have:

• Proven experience in full kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Strong carpentry, tile, light plumbing/electrical and finish skills.
• Ability to read scopes, follow plans, and maintain a clean jobsite.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Professional communication, punctuality, and ability to work independently.

Competitive pay based on experience/abilities. This is a 1099 subcontract work with steady opportunities.
