Seeking General Laborer - Landscaping & Hardscaping Crew

We are a growing landscaping company seeking reliable, hardworking general laborers with experience in both landscape and hardscape projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Perform general landscaping tasks including planting, grading, sod installation, and irrigation work
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, working outdoors in various weather conditions)
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscape construction
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with paver installation, concrete work, or irrigation systems
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $25/hr to start on

• Pay based on experience
