Seeking Maintenance Handyman / Skilled Apprentice Carpenters for work!

In need of Commercial Maintenance Handyman / Skilled Apprentice Carpenters.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Maintenance Handyman / Apprentice Carpenters in the Anchorage area who are Skilled in carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical, and general repairs to handle the upkeep of buildings and maintenance of the day-to-day operations.

Must have:
1. Strong work ethic and reliability
2. The ability to work well Independently and problem-solve
3. General building maintenance and repair experience
4. Reliable transportation and tools (travel to multiple job sites required)
5. Prior experience as a maintenance technician or carpenter
6. Follow all safety policies and procedures
7. Ability to effectively communicate to staff/owner

Responsibilities include:
1. Servicing several different locations/businesses on a weekly basis
2. Performing a wide variety of assignments for example: Paint touch ups, repair drywall, replace toilets, replace ceiling tiles, changing high-ceiling light bulbs (12+ feet), install new faucets, install new outlets, Etc.
3. Able to communicate project timelines and operations effectively with store or business managers while coordinating your workload around their daily business practices to avoid disruptions and create resolution.

Pay: $25 to $30/hr DOE
