Seeking Property Caretaker / Ranch Hand

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to help maintain a private family property. This position will begin part-time, but may grow into a full-time opportunity for the right person.

Compensation: $28-$35/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities may include:

• Irrigation monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Garden and vineyard maintenance
• Animal care and feeding
• Pond maintenance and algae control
• Fence construction and repairs
• Drainage and erosion projects
• General property upkeep and light handyman work
• Operating and maintaining property equipment

• Mowing, weed whacking, blowing, and general landscape maintenance

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Experience with ranch, farm, vineyard, landscaping, or property maintenance preferred
• Comfortable working around animals
• Ability to work independently and identify issues before they become larger problems
• Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• References required
