Seeking Qualified Concrete Flatwork Subcontractors (Driveways, Patios,

ATX Concrete Masters is seeking experienced, fully legitimate concrete subcontractors for ongoing flatwork projects in Northwest Austin and surrounding areas (Cedar Park, Leander, NW Austin, Manor, etc.).

We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial concrete solutions—including driveways, patios, sidewalks, overlay systems, and specialized finishes. We are looking for dependable crews who take pride in clean craftsmanship, timely execution, and clear communication.

Primary Work Scope:

Driveway installations, replacements, and tear-outs
Patio slabs, walkways, and front sidewalk flatwork
Concrete overlays, surface preparation, and specialized finishes
(If your team possesses additional concrete skills—such as decorative/stamped concrete, retaining walls, or structural pouring—we welcome the opportunity to discuss future specialized projects as well.)

Subcontractor Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Legitimate Business Entity: Must have an active LLC or Registered Business Entity in Texas with a valid Tax ID (EIN).
Commercial General Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 Each Occurrence / $2,000,000 General Aggregate, explicitly including Products & Completed Operations coverage.

Commercial Auto Liability: Minimum $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit covering owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles.

Policy Endorsements (Attached to COI upon hire):

Additional Insured Endorsements: Official policy endorsement copies (ISO CG 20 10 for ongoing operations and CG 20 37 for completed operations, or equivalent) naming ATX Concrete Masters LLC as Additional Insured.
Primary & Non-Contributory Endorsement: Stating the subcontractor's policy is primary and non-contributory to any insurance carried by ATX Concrete Masters LLC.

Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement: In favor of ATX Concrete Masters LLC.

Workers' Compensation Documentation: Active Workers' Compensation coverage (Statutory Limits), OR an executed TDI DWC Form 85 confirming independent contractor status under Texas law.

Communication & Reliability: Must maintain clear, professional, and timely communication via email and phone regarding job scheduling, site updates, and timelines.
Crew & Equipment: Must possess your own reliable transportation, tools, forms, power equipment, and experienced crew to complete flatwork to industry standards.
Workmanship: Demonstrated track record of quality flatwork, proper subgrade prep, rebar reinforcement, smooth finishing, and clean job site management.
