We are project managers that handle loads of rehabs yearly. We are currently looking to hire independent contractors to run a rehab job (or more).
Our properties are in the Suburbs mainly Wayne and Oakland County. We do not have any in Detroit.

** YOU MUST HAVE SOME WORKING CAPITOL – AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS PERSON IS PREFERRED
** YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING CONTRACTORS AS THEY WILL BE NEEDED
** YOU MUST HAVE TOOLS TO COMPLETE THE REHAB JOB
** YOU MUST SHOW ID AND BE ABLE TO FILL OUT A W-9 FOR PAYMENT

Please note: this is not a retail client, these are investment homes, so the quotes and pricing should be along the lines of what investors (not private homeowners) would pay for rehab services.
