Seeking residential remodeling Crewman/ Handyman, temp to full

Not looking for subs or by-the-job contract workers. You will not be considered if you do not follow our instructions.

Apartment maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

Seeking crewman/woman with experience in residential remodeling and repairs, or apartment maintenance.
Minor plumbing
Minor electrical
Drywall patches
Painting
Doors
Appliances
Exterior siding
Minor roof repairs
Landscaping
Fencing
Everything interior and exterior of residential homes

Must be able to perform in fast paced environment.

Must submit resume.

Must have transportation to home office.

Must have impact/drill, and basic hand tools (Hammer, Pry Bar, Screw Drivers, Pliers, Adjustable wrench, Paint brush, Scraper, Blades, and Gloves.

Schedule is M-F 6:00am to 5:30pm latest, depending how busy we are. Everyone meets at home office every work day. Must be flexible with schedule during busy times of the year.

30 day trial period. After which full time position may or may not be offered. Trial may end prior to 30 days.
