Are you a reliable, independent craftsman who takes pride in high-quality workmanship? We are looking for an experienced, versatile subcontractor to handle a wide range of home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Versatile Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in general home repairs, including basic carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, tiling, hardware installation, and general troubleshooting.
• Professional Requirements: Must operate as a registered business entity and carry active General Liability insurance (proof of insurance and W-9 required upon agreement).
• Reliability & Quality: A sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to completing jobs correctly the first time.
• Tools & Transit: Possession of your own reliable transportation and a complete set of professional tools appropriate for various trade tasks.
• Communication: Strong professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to interact positively with homeowners.
