We are currently hiring motivated individuals for demolition, water damage restoration, reconstruction, and general construction workWe welcome applicants of all experience levels whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience in the trades\.

What We Offer:

• On\-the\-job training provided
• Opportunities to learn demolition, restoration, reconstruction, and general construction
• Work on residential and commercial projects, including insurance restoration jobs
• Competitive pay based on experience, work ethic, and overall construction knowledge

Pay:

- $20–$50 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability

Work Area:

• Most jobs are located in Missoula
• Occasionally we work in surrounding communities such as Stevensville or Hamilton, but nearly all jobs are within about an hour of Missoula\.

Ideal Candidates:

• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Construction or demolition experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to perform physical labor and work as part of a team

Some aspects of insurance restoration have a learning curve, but we provide training to help you succeed
