Seeking Solar and Electrical Installer. This is an amazing opportunity

We are a small business operating out of Marin County with work in Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties and occasionally the East Bay. We really believe that we are changing the world for the better. We work hard each day to serve our customer's needs.

Information about us:
1) Our warehouse is in Novato. This is where we keep materials that we need for our projects.
2) The work is fun, dynamic, and challenging at times.
3) You will be working directly for our founders, Nick & Avner, and helping them with a mix of projects and support.
4) We aren't big on stress. So while we will expect you to work efficiently and get work done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first go around.
5) Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. However, we will work with your schedule to get a routine that works for you.

Information about the available position:
1) Solar + Electrical Installation position
2) Full time position (hours will depend on projects)
3) Experience level is flexible, but we strongly prefer candidates with some experience in the solar and electrical industry
4) Work duties includes installing solar attachments on roofs, solar panels, inverters, battery back systems and back generator and running conduit and pulling wires
5) You will gain an enriching experience and the opportunity to lead your own career and make decisions on things that no big stuffy company would ever allow you to do.

Now, let's talk about the qualifications. We are looking for an individual that has:
1) Has a positive attitude and is a self-starter
2) Able to be out in the field for long hours at a time; comfortable working at heights on a roof, and able to adequately work with both hand tools and power tools.
3) Is personable and comfortable interacting with clients
4) Is a good communicator and comfortable giving and receiving direction
5) Detailed-oriented and meticulous. Working efficiently and effectively to get things done right the first time
6) No prior experience is required, but experience in solar or electrical work is strongly preferred.

In short, we are looking for a good, fun person, who gets shit done. (Oh and we occasionally swear…not much…but sometimes a joke is only funny with an F-bomb). Our team is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality. We expect intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude.
