Got Watt Electric | Solar | HVAC serves the greater Bay Area, providing high-end home upgrades. We are currently seeking motivated and qualified individuals to help us meet ever-increasing demand, with immediate openings for the following position:

Solar Installer

Solar Lead Installer

Full time | M-F | 40hrs per week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

• Install residential solar PV equipment
• Install rooftop equipment, flashings, rail, etc
• Install EMT conduit and inverters
• Coordinate and schedule within team as needed
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
• Must be able to work in various positions including: stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, bending over, sitting, and squatting for extending periods of time
• Operate CRM/Apps/Softwares
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
• Must be responsible and able to complete jobs in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
• Must practice safety at all times and comply with all OSHA rules and requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years labor experience as roofer, carpenter or related trade
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to delegate to others and lead by example
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a clean appearance
