Action Labor & Staffing Connection, an established staffing provider throughout Dallas is seeking a Selling Branch Manager for the entire territory and surrounding area. Looking for a strong sales and business development leader in the construction, industrial sales or temporary staffing industry OR someone with industrial contacts and outside B2B sales ability to build a temporary staffing business within an existing location in this market. $55,000 to $70,000 and up base salary (negotiable on experience) plus commissions and bonuses. Make $100k+ full-time with benefits as a successful candidate!

We are looking to hire a goal-oriented Selling Branch Manager to grow and oversee our business. Light and heavy industrial as well as construction staffing is our focus and model. We are also open to financing a unique staffing venture based on a talented professional's contacts and book of existing business.

This role is for a highly motivated individual that operates their business with a sense of urgency and has a relentless desire to win. The SBM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships. The SBM has a positive attitude, competitive nature and loves to make money while exceeding customer expectations.

You will also help operate the business overseeing office staff and recruiting temporary workers. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday START EARLY 6am to open the branch and oversee dispatch of temp workers. Sales can be accomplished in the middle of the day and we pay-out employees and close the branch between 3:30-4pm.
