Compensation: $25-32.00 per hour plus OT after 40hrs

Seeking an experienced DIESEL MECHANIC to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on DIESEL semi-trucks and END DUMP trailers as well as other heavy equipment following regulations, company policies, and industry standards. At our Shop in the evenings and Weekends
• Experience in Air Brake, Airline, and any and all preventative maintenance repairs needed on semi trucks and end dumps incompliance with DOT regulations
• Take ownership of complex repair projects and guide team members through technical problem-solving.
• Ensure all safety policies are followed; attend safety meetings and promote a culture of safety in the shop.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation, parts usage records, and time tracking.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
• Collaborate with management and field teams to ensure equipment is reliable, safe, and project-ready.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a DIESEL MECHANIC (Experience on semi-trucks) Cummings, Peterbilt, Kenworth, ETC
• Must have own set of personal tools; heavy-duty shop tools are provided.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and support co-workers.
• Proven teamwork and communication skills — must be a team player who leads with initiative and professionalism.
