We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Drywall Foreman who can lead crews while still being willing to work hands-on.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential advancement into a Superintendent role within 12 months for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong commercial drywall experience
Previous experience as a Drywall Foreman, Leadman, Working Foreman, or Senior Field Leader
Experience with metal framing, drywall hanging, ceilings, and commercial interiors
Able to read commercial plans and drawings
Able to lead crews and manage daily production
Must be comfortable working with your own tools when needed
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable and professional
Available to start quickly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and direct commercial drywall crews
Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily production
Perform hands-on work when needed
Read plans and assist with layout
Coordinate drywall hanging and finishing
Communicate with Superintendents, PMs, GCs, and other trades
Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
Identify jobsite issues and help keep the project moving
Train and mentor crew members
PAY & BENEFITS:
$33–$35 per hour
