What We’re Looking For

  • The right candidate will be someone who takes pride in producing extremely high-quality work while also understanding the importance of efficiency, productivity, and meeting deadlines.
  • You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment where priorities and project requirements can change quickly.
  • We are looking for someone who can adapt, solve problems, and continue moving a project forward without requiring constant supervision.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 10+ years of professional carpentry, cabinetmaking, architectural millwork, or custom furniture experience
  • Extensive experience assembling and fabricating high-end custom cabinetry and millwork
  • Experience building custom pieces such as:
o Reception desks and sales counters
o High-end residential and commercial cabinetry

o Complex one-off assemblies
• Excellent ability to read and interpret:

o Plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Strong understanding of cabinet and millwork construction methods
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, assemble, and finish complex components
  • Comfortable working with solid wood, plywood, MDF, veneers, laminates, and other architectural materials
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, hardware, adhesives, and fastening methods
  • Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions during fabrication and assembly
  • Ability to maintain high quality standards while working efficiently
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a production team
  • Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to maintain a clean work area
  • Willing and able to adapt quickly when drawings, schedules, or project requirements change
Tools
* Candidates should have and maintain their own professional hand tools and standard carpentry/assembly tools necessary to perform high-end millwork and cabinetry work.

Schedule & Overtime

Our standard schedule is:
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. However, our workload frequently requires additional hours to meet project and production deadlines.

The ideal candidate should be willing and available to work overtime when needed. All eligible overtime hours will be compensated accordingly.

What We Value

  • We are looking for a craftsman who understands that high-end custom millwork requires both precision and productivity.
  • Attention to detail is extremely important, but so is the ability to complete work efficiently and keep projects moving.
  • The successful candidate will be someone who can look at a set of drawings, understand what needs to be built, determine the best way to build it, and execute the work with minimal supervision.
We value employees who:
  • Take ownership of their work
  • Work with urgency without sacrificing quality
  • Catch problems before they become expensive mistakes
  • Communicate when drawings or information are unclear
  • Adapt quickly when project requirements change
  • Help solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to solve them
  • Take pride in producing exceptional finished work
Experience
*Preferred: 10+ years of custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, furniture fabrication, or related professional woodworking experience.
*Applicants with fewer years of experience may still be considered if they can demonstrate an exceptionally high level of skill and experience with complex custom work.
