• Operate excavation equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Install underground drainage systems and storm water management solutions
• Read and follow project plans and specifications
• Work alongside a skilled team to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Deliver the high-quality craftsmanship our customers expect

What We're Looking For

• Previous excavation, drainage, utility, or construction experience
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Equipment operating experience are a plus
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
