I need an electrician ready to run work. Estimating, planning, scheduling, leading a crew, handling inspectors. Someone who takes a job and owns it.

Who I am
Greg Juanarena. Virginia Master Electrician, Class A contractor, and the Qualified Individual for GridLogic Electric. Before this I spent 13 years co-founding a software company here in Richmond through an acquisition. I’ve been in and around this trade for twenty years. I’m in the field, not behind a desk.
The work
Residential service and panel upgrades. New construction for a GC with a steady pipeline. Smart panel installs - we’re SPAN Authorized. EV charging. Commercial and developer work, including a county public-works project on the books right now. Energy management and storage is where I’m pointing this company.
The pipeline is real. I’m not describing a plan.
What I need
- Journeyman or Master license
- You’ve run jobs start to finish: material, manpower, schedule, inspection
- You can estimate, or you’ve done enough takeoffs to learn it properly
- Own hand tools, clean driving record, pass a background check
- You communicate. If a job goes sideways I want to hear it from you first.
- Strong competitive compensation depending on license and what you bring
- Certs on me: Master, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, ChargePoint, Tesla, etc anything that makes you better
