Senior Equipment Operator (Kerrville, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake)

Looking for hard working, trustworthy, self starters who can run a jobsite solo, or lead a crew when needed. Looking to fill position by March 6.

Required:
3 years skid steer experience.
Prior experience with dirt work and/or land clearing.
Applicant should have their own reliable pickup truck.

Preferred:

Prior experience running Dozers, Motor Graders, Excavators.
Prior experience with dirt work - land clearing - demolitions
Ability to drive and tow a bumper pull

Duties:
- Rock Milling - Mulching - Dirt Work - Grading - Land Clearing - Private Road Work

This role is for a senior operator who is comfortable running job sites solo, or leading a team and providing premium service to our customers every single day.

Work will be across The Hill Country, this will include areas such as Hunt, Ingram, Bandera, New Braunfels, Buda, etc. Lodging provided for out of territory projects.

Reliable transportation and a driver's license is required.

Must be fluent in English.
Hiring subject to drug testing and background check.
1099 position
