Senior HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in the HVAC service field
• Strong knowledge of packaged, split, and VRF systems.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear explanations of work performed to our clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience conducting preventative maintenance and servicing
• Experience with pneumatic controls preferred
• Experience with chillers/boilers is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Performs routine preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
• Documents work by completing necessary paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
