Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead Installer

Evans Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC technician/installer to join our team. We need someone who can work independently, accurately diagnose problems, handle service calls and installations, and help guide less-experienced helpers when needed.

We are looking for someone dependable, knowledgeable and professional who takes pride in their work and can make good decisions in the field.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform system replacements and installations

Electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting

Work with split systems, package units, furnaces and heat pumps

Communicate job findings clearly with customers and the office

Maintain clean, professional jobsites

Assist in leading helpers/install crews when needed

Requirements

Strong residential HVAC experience

Experience in both service/diagnostics and installation preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license

Reliable, punctual and professional

Able to work independently without constant supervision

Light commercial experience is a plus

Compensation & Opportunity
