Senior Industrial Electrician – $30–$40/hr + Benefits

We are recruiting for an industrial automation company in Gallatin, TN, looking to hire an experienced Senior Industrial Electrician to join its team.

The company specializes in building, installing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, robotic cells, and industrial control systems.

This is a great opportunity for an electrician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, machinery installation, and working with industrial automation equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, wire, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical equipment.

Work with motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control panels.

Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and production lines.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new machinery.

Work with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.

Travel to customer facilities as needed, including occasional international travel.

Requirements

5+ years of industrial electrical experience.

Valid Journeyman Electrical Certification required.

Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment, preferably in automotive or automation.

Strong troubleshooting skills involving motors, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.

Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial machinery.

Experience with automated production lines, conveyors, or robotic equipment preferred.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Compensation & Benefits

$30–$40/hour depending on experience.
