With decades of expertise, we specialize in tree removal, pruning, hazardous tree mitigation, storm cleanup, and various tree health treatments across the Valley and Anchorage. Beyond tree care, we provide essential seasonal services, including snow removal, storm response, and holiday lighting installation.

When our equipment is down, work stops — and that’s not how we operate.

We’re hiring a Senior Fleet Mechanic for our Anchorage shop.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will be the primary mechanic responsible for keeping our fleet operational for both Anchorage and Wasilla crews.

This is not an entry-level position.

We need someone experienced, decisive, and self-directed.

Preventative maintenance and repair on:

Pickup trucks & dump trucks
Diesel engines (light & medium duty)
Brush chippers & stump grinders
Trailers & small equipment
Small engine diagnostics and repair
Hydraulic systems troubleshooting
Electrical diagnostics
Welding and fabrication as needed
Maintaining organized shop systems and service records
Prioritizing repairs so crews stay productive
You will work independently. We are looking for someone who takes ownership — not someone who waits to be told what to do.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong diesel and small engine experience
Confident diagnostics and troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
Welding/fabrication skills
Ability to manage your time and workload without supervision
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required)
Clean background
Pride in your work and high safety standards
If you need constant direction or cut corners, this won’t be the right fit.
