WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SERIOUSLY TALENTED ELECTRICIAN.

Let's get right to the point:

This is NOT an apprentice position.

This is NOT a learn-as-you-go position.

We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced residential electrician with a minimum of 10 years in the trade who knows electrical work inside and out.

We have plenty of work, excellent projects, and some of the best customers and opportunities right in front of us. We're looking for the right person to join our team, take ownership of their work, and be with us for the long run.

YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR STUFF.

We're not looking for somebody who "kind of" knows electrical.

You need to be comfortable walking onto a residential project, figuring out what needs to happen, and getting it done correctly, safely, cleanly, and professionally.

You should have extensive experience with:

Main electrical panels

Panel wiring and organization
Subpanels
Breakers and circuits
New circuits and dedicated circuits
GFCI and AFCI protection
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Outlets and receptacles
Switches and dimmers
Recessed lighting
Interior and exterior lighting
Under-cabinet lighting
In-cabinet lighting
LED lighting, transformers, and drivers
Lutron switches, dimmers, and controls
Smart switches and smart-home electrical devices
Remodel and renovation electrical
Kitchens and bathrooms
Rough wiring
Finish electrical
Reading plans and understanding electrical layouts
Diagnosing and correcting existing electrical problems
Working safely around existing electrical systems
Working cleanly inside finished homes
Performing professional work in accordance with applicable electrical codes

We do quality residential construction. Details matter.

You must have:

Minimum 10 years of professional electrical experience

Extensive residential electrical experience
Valid driver's license
Clean and professional appearance
Strong troubleshooting ability
Excellent workmanship
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team
Respect for customers and their homes
Your own basic electrician's hand tools
A strong work ethic
Pride in your work

We will provide the company vehicle.
