Senior Residential Handyman

The Meticulous Handyman LLC is hiring a high-level residential handyman with carpentry skills for long-term work in San Francisco.
*This is not an entry-level handyman position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, troubleshoot problems on-site, and consistently deliver clean, finish-quality work without supervision.

The ideal candidate can:

-Independently run service calls
-Troubleshoot problems without supervision
-Communicate professionally with homeowners & co-workers
-Produce clean finish-quality work
-Avoid callbacks through good judgment and attention to detail
-Accurately take detailed field notes

Requirements:

-10+ years residential experience preferred
-Strong finish carpentry skills required
-Must own professional tools
-Must have reliable vehicle
-Must be punctual, organized, and professional
-Fluent English required

Compensation:

Up to $50/hr starting DOE

PTO, medical reimbursement, gas & phone stipend
