Senior Roofing Technician Wanted

What You Will Do:
~ Find and Fix Leaks: Track down hard-to-find leaks on all kinds of roofs and fix them right the first time. No job is too small or too big - we need right team players to join our small business.
~Lead the Fellow Crew Member: Run the daily service truck, teach younger roofers, and check that the work matches company standards.
~ Talk to Customers: Explain what is wrong with the roof to homeowners or building managers without using confusing jargon.
~Stay Safe: Follow strict safety rules, set up proper fall protection, and make sure nobody takes shortcuts.
~Keep Records: Take before-and-after photos of the work and log notes on a smartphone or tablet.

What It Takes
~Experience: 3 to 5+ years of real, hands-on roofing work.
~Roofing Know-How: You need to know how different roofing materials go together and how to use all the standard tools of the trade.
~Physical Stamina: You must be able to climb tall ladders, lift heavy rolls or bundles (up to 80+ lbs), and work outside in blistering heat or soon some cool weather.
~Clean Record: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record to drive the company truck, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
