Experienced Seamstress / Tailor – Alterations Shop (Part-Time)
We are a growing alterations and tailoring shop looking for an experienced, dependable seamstress/tailor who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys being part of a professional team.
This position is for someone who wants to build a long-term career in alterations.
Responsibilities:
Perform clothing alterations with excellent quality and attention to detail.
Work on dresses, bridal gowns, pants, suits, skirts, and everyday alterations.
Complete assigned work by the agreed deadlines.
Inspect your work before sending it for customer pickup.
Ask questions when you're unsure rather than guessing.
Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with clothing alterations is required.
Strong sewing and garment construction skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work independently after receiving daily assignments.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Takes ownership of work and accepts feedback professionally.
Cares about quality and customer satisfaction.
