Here's the hook: out in the field, you're the one who sees which tanks are failing. Flag a system that needs replacing, our sales team closes the deal, and you earn 1.5% commission on the install — roughly $250–$825 for every system we close from your lead. Do a few a month and it adds up fast. Just flag honestly.

Day to day: drive our 4,000-gallon pump truck (semi-automatic), pump septic tanks, and talk to customers about their system and any repairs or inspections. Physical work — digging and heavy lifting.

What we're looking for:

Valid CA Class B CDL, ready to drive day one (no tanker/pumper endorsement yet? we'll help you get it)
Not afraid of dirty, physical work
Can talk to a homeowner with confidence
