SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY- Commercial Plumbers & Helpers Wanted

IF YOU CANNOT SHOW UP ON TIME, EVERYDAY DO NOT BOTHER WASTING OUR TIME. This is a 40+ hours a week position.

We are currently seeking licensed commercial plumbing apprentices, and/or helpers, who are highly motivated and are comfortable in all phase of commercial construction.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Assemble, install and repair of pipes, fittings and fixtures for gas, domestic water and sewer/drainage systems
•Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
•Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine work details and procedures
•Utilize building plans to be able to inspect structures and assess necessary materials/equipment needed to plan and install plumbing systems
•Measure, cut, and thread pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters or pipe threading machines
•Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
•Hang supports from ceiling joist to hold pipes in place
•Insulate pluming as needed
•Install underground sanitary and water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures and plumbing to these systems
•Other job functions as need

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•Personal tools
•Follow instructions
•Valid Texas State Plumbing license
•Ability to work unsupervised
•Communication skills
•Reliable Transportation & clean driving record
•Ability to work with other employees & clients on a professional level
•Ability to show up on time
•Ability to meet deadlines
•Ability to read blueprints
•Equipment Operating experience a plus
