Service Advisor

Join our dynamic automotive team as a Service Writer/Service Advisor You will serve as the link between our customers and our skilled technicians, your experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair will help our customers understand their vehicle needs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs and scheduling the repairs. You will also upsell other services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, suspension work and transmission diagnostics. Required skills include prior experience, understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes, the ability to communicate technical issues to customers and in-depth understanding of automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, shocks & struts, suspension components, tire services and collision repair.
