RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience from vehicle drop-off through completion of repairs.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers professionally and determine their service and repair needs
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document complaints
Prepare repair orders and estimates
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic findings to customers
Obtain customer authorization for repairs
Maintain communication with customers regarding vehicle status and additional recommendations
Work closely with technicians to understand inspection and diagnostic results
Sell recommended maintenance and repair services professionally
Order and coordinate parts when necessary
Schedule service appointments
Follow up on estimates and declined services
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Process invoices and customer payments
Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Build long-term relationships with our customers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills
Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair terminology
Strong sales and customer follow-up skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and automotive management software
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians
Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive repair environment
Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, or other European vehicles is a plus
