Service Advisor/Writer

Superior Care Auto Center is looking for an automotive service advisor / service writer. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM, and Friday 8AM-4:30PM. NO WEEKENDS. Paid overtime. We provide you with uniforms and offer complimentary lunch daily.

We're looking for someone with 5 years experience, working with both foreign and domestic cars, and that is able to verify technician assessments. We work on many different types of cars, but especially Hondas, Hyundais, Kias, Mazdas, Toyotas, Subarus, Volvos, Volkswagens and hybrids. Many of our customers have been coming to us for decades, so we need someone honest and reliable. We're not looking to upsell unnecessary work to our customers, but to make sure their cars are well-maintained and running safe for years to come. A NYS inspectors license is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Bay-Master and/or Alldata is also a plus.

YOU MUST:

Have 5+ years experience working with foreign and domestic cars
Be able to communicate clearly in English with both customers and mechanics
Be able to use a PC
Be able to write estimates and invoices
Have a valid driver's license and be able to drive both manual and automatic cars
