Service Advisor/Writer/Shop Assistant – (Whittier, CA)

A very busy, well-established auto repair shop in Whittier is looking for a Service Advisor/Shop Assistant to join our team. If you know how to keep the day moving, lead from the front and treat customers like family, this role was built for you.

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Valid California driver’s license.

• Reliable and always on time.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Service customers.
• Document customer concerns or the type of service needed or required.
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Present estimate of repair costs and updates to customer with information provided by the technician.
• Prepare repair orders with DMS system.
• Provide explanations to customers regarding work performed and cost of service.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
• Support technicians when needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer leads.
