Journeyman Plumber – Field Supervisor & Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team in a hybrid field and office leadership role.

This position is ideal for an experienced plumber who enjoys being in the field but is ready to take on more responsibility in project leadership, field supervision, estimating, and job planning.

This is not a full-time office position. You'll still work alongside our crews when needed, help lead project work in the field, and make sure jobs are set up for success. You'll also spend part of your time in the office assisting with estimates, reviewing plans, performing job walks, and helping prepare upcoming projects.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on project work
Work in the field alongside the team when needed
Help plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and project needs
Provide direction and support to plumbers and apprentices in the field
Perform job walks and evaluate potential projects
Read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Assist with material takeoffs and plumbing estimates
Help develop labor and material budgets for upcoming projects
Work directly with the owner on estimating, project planning, and job walks
Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards
Serve as a bridge between the field and office to help projects run smoothly from estimate through completion
What We're Looking For
Journeyman-level plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of commercial and/or project-based plumbing
Ability to read and understand plumbing plans and specifications
Experience leading or supervising plumbing crews
Strong understanding of labor, materials, and how plumbing projects are built
Estimating experience is strongly preferred
Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment
Good communication, organization, and leadership skills
Someone who takes ownership of their work and can help develop the people working around them
