Service and Repair Plumbing Supervisor (OC, IE, LA) (OC)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring all projects are completed safely and to the highest standards.
Plumbing: Perform and oversee residential plumbing repairs, installations, re-piping, and troubleshooting.
Re-Piping: Oversee and perform re-piping projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and plumbing codes.
Electrical: Perform and oversee basic electrical work related to plumbing systems, equipment, water heaters, and job-site needs while ensuring work is completed safely and according to applicable codes.
Installations: Expertly install water heaters, shower valves, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures and equipment.
Leak Detection: Utilize advanced techniques to detect leaks and assess water damage.
Water Damage: Identify and assess water damage and coordinate appropriate mitigation and repair work.
Project Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Customer Service: Address client concerns, explain recommended repairs, and provide solutions that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all plumbing and electrical work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor, Lead Plumber, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing and re-piping.
Experience with electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting related to plumbing equipment is preferred.
Experience as a water damage technician is preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and technicians effectively.
Knowledge of applicable plumbing and electrical codes and safety requirements.
Valid certifications or licenses as required for the position.
