Service calls Plumber Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor for residential service calls. Must be highly knowledgeable, organized, and able to lead technicians while providing excellent customer service and strong sales performance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with drain systems and drain troubleshooting
• Standard and tankless water heater installation experience
• Shower valve diagnosis and replacement
• Ability to upsell and close plumbing service work
• Strong sales & communication skills
• Clean driving record and professional appearance
• Must be reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
