Description
We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured residential and commercial property maintenance and plumbing company. We are a service-based company that specializes in commercial and residential tenant occupied and leased properties. We offer 24 hour/ 365 service and currently cover the Chicagoland and Indiana area.
We currently are looking for a candidate that possesses but not limited to the following:
Well-rounded commercial/ residential service plumber that would be interested in joining our team that specializes in service work for following:
Residential/ Commercial:
Plumbing: well versed on everything from minor to major repairs: drain cleaning (power-rodding, hydro-jetting, camera inspection), leaks, toilets, water heaters, ejector/ sump pumps, faucets/ fixtures, water/ sewer repair, re-pipe, upgrades, code violations, low water pressure, etc.
- A minimum of 4+ years of service plumbing experience required.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Must be well-rounded/ mechanically inclined & service oriented.
- Must be able to communicate, show professionalism & use mobile apps.
- Have basic tools for the trade (specialty tools will be provided).
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Showcase critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Exhibit a friendly and professional attitude toward both customers and the team
- 6 paid holidays after 6 months of service
