We're an established East Valley service plumbing company, 8 years in business with a strong, trusted brand. We're looking for ONE high-performing service plumber who can diagnose, present, and sell the right solution the honest way — and wants a paycheck that reflects exactly how good they are.

This is not a coast-and-collect job. Our pay is uncapped commission — the better you are, the more you make. Realistic earnings: [REALISTIC EARNINGS, e.g. $100K–$160K+ for a strong producer].

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Run service calls, build rapport, diagnose accurately, and present solutions with confidence: drain clearing & repair, leak detection & repair, water heaters (tank & tankless), repipes, general troubleshooting, and 5-star service that earns reviews.

5+ years hands-on service plumbing experience (required)
Sells the right solution without pressure — integrity first

Owns their results, no excuses
Valid AZ driver's license, clean driving record, can pass a background check (company truck)
