💰 WHAT WE OFFER
$70,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential, depending on performance and call volume.
Commission-based compensation that rewards production and results.
Company-provided truck, fuel card, tools, and equipment.
Paid time off.
Monday–Friday schedule, typically between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Occasional evening and weekend calls as needed.

🔧 YOUR ROLE
You'll be responsible for running residential and light commercial plumbing service calls throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems, including leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, sewer lines, and fixtures.
Presenting customers with multiple repair and replacement options when appropriate.
Clearly explaining pricing, benefits, and long-term value.
Confidently closing sales while making honest recommendations.
Providing excellent customer service and building trust with homeowners.
Completing repairs and installations with quality workmanship.
Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and leaving job sites tidy.
Taking care of your work vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Managing your calls professionally and taking ownership of your results.

✅ REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 2.5 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience; 3+ years preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience with plumbing repairs, installations, and service calls.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to present options and confidently close sales.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends when needed.
