Service Technician and Delivery Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a fit, healthy, positive person to join our delivery and service team. We sell, service, deliver and install hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and swim spas.

Service Tech Responsibilities:

Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours or less
Schedule service and warranty calls to clients location
Diagnose & troubleshoot problem with equipment
Repair, order and install parts.
Maintain adequate levels of all service parts in our warehouse

Warehouse & Delivery Lead Responsibilities:

Serve as lead on all deliveries — plan routes, sequence stops by location on the island, and direct any delivery team members
Own warehouse organization: maintain inventory accuracy, receiving, and proper storage of equipment and parts
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Operate specialized delivery equipment (airbags, rollers, levers, etc.)
Drive and back truck and trailer
Utilize forklift and pallet jacks in showroom and warehouse
Load, unload, and secure loads properly and safely
Perform heavy lifting of products

Experience:

While we would love to hire someone with experience, we are also willing to train the right candidate. Basic knowledge that will help you excel in this role: use of tools including hand tools, multimeters, and basic tradesman equipment. Ability to think ahead, lead deliveries independently, and assist lead installers. Customer and safety focused, curious learner, love working outside.
