Service Technician / Automotive Technician

Premium Autos Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced Service Technician to join our team. We are a high-volume used car dealership specializing in Tesla, EVs, luxury vehicles, and pre-owned gas vehicles. We need someone who can diagnose, repair, and prepare vehicles quickly and correctly so they are ready for sale.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on used vehicles.

Work on Tesla, EV, hybrid, and gas vehicles.

Complete oil changes, brakes, suspension, tires, batteries, sensors, lights, cooling systems, and general repairs.

Diagnose check engine lights, warning lights, electrical issues, and drivability problems.

Prepare vehicles for sale by making sure they are safe, clean, and front-line ready.

Communicate needed repairs clearly with management.

Complete work efficiently and correctly the first time.

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.

Assist with test drives, vehicle inspections, and quality control.

Requirements

Automotive repair experience required.

Must be able to diagnose and repair vehicles without constant supervision.

Tesla or EV experience is a big plus, but not required.

Must have own basic tools.

Must be reliable, honest, and show up on time.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to work on multiple vehicles and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Tesla service experience.

Electrical diagnostics.

Suspension and brake repair.

AC repair.

Used car reconditioning experience.

Scanner/diagnostic tool experience.

ASE certification is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Pay based on experience and performance.

Full-time position.

Opportunity to earn more based on productivity, completed vehicles, and quality of work.

Schedule

Full-time.

Monday to Saturday availability preferred.
