OPEN POSITIONS & COMPENSATION

(((1))) HVAC Service Technicians (Sales-Minded)

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair across all major brands.
• Pay Rate: $36.00 - $48.00 / Hour (Base rate based on experience).
• Earning Potential: $120,000 - $160,000+ total compensation via base salary + performance-based commissions!

(((2))) HVAC Lead Installers

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience leading residential HVAC installations.
• Earning Potential: $70,000+ total compensation via base salary + incentives!

(((3)))HVAC Apprentice/Helper

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiables)

• CFC / EPA Certification is strictly required (NATE Certification is a big plus).
