Service Technician – Roofing, Siding & Exterior Repair

$30–$40/hour depending on experience. Full-time.

This is not a new-construction crew job. It’s service work: leak calls, bad flashing, blown-off siding, rotten fascia, the stuff that shows up after a storm or a cheap install. You’ll get dirty. Homeowners will be standing there. It’s skilled work, not glamorous work.

What you’ll actually do

• Roof repairs: leaks, shingles, flashing, vents, storm damage
• Siding repair and replacement
• Minor carpentry that comes with the job: fascia, soffit, trim, small weather-damage fixes
• Diagnose it, fix it, talk to the homeowner, leave it right

What you need

• Real experience in roofing, siding, or residential carpentry. You don’t have to be expert in all three on day one.
• Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and occupied homes
• Valid driver’s license and a ride
• Show up, own the problem, don’t need a babysitter
