Sewer & Water & Excavation Operator

Looking for a machine operator who can operate vastly and safely to have a crew of pipe layers follow his machine work. We work on mainly residential new construction in the suburbs of Chicago. It involves excavation and laying pipe, tapping water mains and running copper. Speaking English helps but not critical.

Responsibilities include:

Sewer line installation and replacement
Excavation and underground utility work
Pipe laying and grading
Drainage system installation
Operating tools and equipment safely
Working alongside excavation crews and installers
Maintaining clean and professional job sites

Qualifications:
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Strong work ethic and reliability
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
✔ Construction, excavation, plumbing, or utility experience preferred
✔ CDL and equipment experience are a plus, but not required.
✔ Ability to lift, dig, and perform physical labor
