Sheet Metal Fabricator | Full-Time Position

Cambero Metal Works is a small custom metal fabrication shop specializing in stainless steel fabrication, working across a wide variety of alloys. We partner with our customers to design, create, and bring their ideas to life across business, residential, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing applications. We're a close-knit team looking to grow with skilled professionals who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship.

What You Bring:
🛠️ Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field
🛠️ Proficiency across all aspects of the sheet metal trade
🛠️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
🛠️ Capable of laying out, fabricating, and assembling projects with minimal supervision
🛠️ Comfortable with shop equipment including brake presses, shears, and related machinery
🛠️ Strong time management skills and the ability to complete projects efficiently
🛠️ Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and working in various positions

✅ Ability to provide technical guidance to clients and customers
✅ Experience participating in production meetings and collaborating with the team
✅ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

🔧 Combination square
🔧 Digital or dial caliper
🔧 Protractor
