Sheet Metal Installer (2+ Yrs Exp) – 4-6 Mo Project (Phoenix, AZ)

Job Type: Temporary / Project-Based

Duration: Temporary assignment lasting 4 to 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Installer for a short-term, temporary commercial project lasting between 4 to 6 months. Because this is a project-based role, it is ideal for someone who is currently between jobs, freelancing, or specifically looking for a short-term contract. If you are currently in a permanent role, this assignment will likely not be a good fit.

Qualifications & Experience

-Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable sheet metal/HVAC installation experience in a commercial setting.
-Ability to follow specifications, blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
-Proficient with mini-splits, rooftop units, and round/rectangular ductwork.
-Ability to lift heavy materials and climb ladders.
-Must possess basic hand tools and have reliable transportation.
-Willing to work overtime and travel as needed for job assignments.

Responsibilities

-Install ductwork, hangers, supports, and HVAC equipment safely and efficiently.
-Follow directions from the foreman/supervisor and collaborate well with the team.
-Maintain a strong attendance record and arrive at the job site on time.
-Adhere to all safety policies to maintain a clean, secure work environment.

License/Certification

-Valid Driver's License
-OSHA Certification
