Sheet Metal Mechanics NEEDED

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Mechanic.

In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and maintaining sheet metal components used across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, and expertise in a wide range of machining and fabrication techniques.

Responsabilities

Analyze blueprints to determine the proper fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal components.
Install various types of ductwork including TDF, TDC, Slip and Drive, Spiral, and Snap-lock systems.
Perform field modifications such as cuts, miters, transitions, plenums, and necessary repairs.
Optimize HVAC system installations for maximum efficiency and performance.
Maintain punctuality, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Qualifications

Proven experience in the trade. 3 years of experience preferred.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and product specifications.
Skilled in the removal and installation of HVAC duct systems.
Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
Must pass a background check.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Pay rate: $25 to $33 an hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 7 am to 3:30 pm.
